Welcome to the NURA course Practical Applications of NAMs in Chemical Safety Assessment: Applying US EPA Tools and Approaches in Practice.
This hands-on training course provides users with a working knowledge on how to effectively access and exploit the many different data streams available in the EPA’s CompTox Chemicals Dashboard to support different regulatory purposes. The training is targeted towards regulatory scientists, students, and researchers. The course includes an overview of the dashboard itself and its main capabilities, before providing more in-depth training through case studies for each data stream (e.g. interpretation of ToxCast high-throughput screening data, use of read-across, and generating QSAR predictions). A final case study showcases how to integrate all the different data streams together for chemical safety assessment purposes.
